Job summary

TelCom Construction, LLC is seeking an Equipment Operator on our Telecom Construction team. You will operate and care for heavy machinery to install phone and internet infrastructure while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include site setup, loading tools, performing Job Safety Analyses, and working in all weather conditions. We offer weekly pay, PTO, parental leave, and holidays, plus a 401(k) with company match and stock purchase plan.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older eligibility
• Authorization to work in the United States
• High School Diploma or GED or relevant work experience
• Valid state driver's license with clean driving record
• Experience with drill setup and design is a plus

Responsibilities

• Attend site Job Safety Analysis and follow safety procedures
• Safely operate and control assigned equipment
• Dig pits, trenches or potholes as directed
• Set up and clean up the site
• Load and unload tools and materials from truck
• Maintain a safe work perimeter
• Perform work in all weather conditions
• Other duties as assigned
