Job summary

Star Construction LLC, Missouri, is seeking an Equipment Operator for our Telecom Construction team to operate and care for heavy machines used to install phone and internet infrastructure. You’ll perform site setup, dig pits, load/unload tools, and maintain safety per job plan; experience around live utilities is REQUIRED; Class A CDL is preferred; must be 18+ and authorized to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Experience working around live utilities is a must.
• Demonstrated ability to safely operate heavy equipment.
• Reliable, safety‑minded, and able to work outdoors in varying conditions.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain assigned equipment on telecom construction sites.
• Set up site and perimeter, assist with digging pits and trenches.
• Load/unload tools and materials; ensure safety per job plan; work in all weather conditions.
