Job summary

Globe Communications LLC is seeking an Equipment Operator for our Telecom Construction team. You will operate, maintain, and monitor specialized machinery used for installing phone and internet infrastructure, ensuring safety and efficiency on site.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid U.S. driver’s license, and the ability to work variable weather conditions. Training is provided, with a focus on safety and reliable performance.

Qualifications

• Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S. and the ability to operate site equipment safely.
• Experience with drill setup and design processes is preferred.
• Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and operate machinery as required.
• Commitment to safety protocols and quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Attend site Job Safety Analysis and follow instructions.
• Safely operate and control assigned equipment.
• Dig pits, trenches or potholes as directed by the plan.
• Set up and clean up the job site.
• Load and unload tools, materials and equipment from the truck.
• Establish and maintain a safe work perimeter.
• Perform duties in all weather conditions and other assignments as needed.
