Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of equipment foreman experience or related supervisory role.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews to meet project timelines.
• Safely operate and control assigned equipment.
• Assist the Supervisor with day-to-day activities and provide updates as needed.
• Oversee and help with training of crew members.
• Help ensure safety policies, OSHA, and DOT regulations are followed.
• Maintain production notes & DOT paperwork.
• Operate heavy equipment and perform routine maintenance.
• All other duties as assigned.
