TelCom Construction, LLC is seeking an Equipment Foreman in Manchester, IA to lead field crews on construction projects. You will oversee heavy equipment operation, enforce safety protocols, and support the supervisor with daily tasks to keep timelines on track.

The role requires strong leadership, at least three years of foreman experience, and the ability to train crew members while maintaining DOT and OSHA standards. This on-site position offers full-time hours and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent with related experience preferred.
• At least three years of related experience.
• Previous Foreman experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews to meet project timelines.
• Safely operate and control assigned equipment.
• Assist the Supervisor with day-to-day activities and provide updates as needed.
• Oversee and help with training of crew members.
• Ensure compliance with company safety policies, OSHA, and DOT regulations.
• Maintain production notes & DOT paperwork.
• Operate heavy equipment and machinery, complete maintenance.
• Perform work in all weather conditions.
• All other duties as assigned.
