Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of construction or related experience.
• 3–5+ years heavy equipment operation.
• 3–5+ years concrete experience – building forms, pouring pads.
• Experience trenching, excavation, and placing conduit.
• Strong leadership and ability to lead a team.
• Valid DOT medical card if required to drive a KMM vehicle.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a field crew in the construction, repair, and maintenance of telecom tower sites and civil infrastructure.
• Perform site layout, clearing, excavation, and concrete work per work orders.
• Pickup/Deliver supplies, tools, equipment, and cabinets as needed.
• Maintain and submit accurate files/logs/reports as directed.
• Provide superior customer service and ensure safety procedures are followed.
• Mentor junior crew members and uphold KMM standards.
• Adhere to driving requirements and industry regulations.
• Keep company assets clean and in good condition.
