Job summary

Centerline Communications LLC in Loomis, CA is hiring a Civil Foreman to lead masonry tasks and foundation work for cellular infrastructure. You will oversee crews, ensure safety, and coordinate with project management. A minimum of five years in civil construction and the ability to read drawings are required.

This on-site role requires travel within the CA region up to five days a week, and a valid driver's license. Hourly pay ranges from 36.00 to 43.00 USD based on experience.

Qualifications

• 5 years of relevant experience in civil construction such as earth moving, equipment operation, concrete, fencing, demolition, carpentry, roofing and painting.
• Grounding/electrical experience including cad-welds.
• Able to read construction drawings.
• Experience with core drills for shelter entry and drilling/setting concrete anchors.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and be insurable under the company policy.
• Ability to communicate fluently with team members, management and cross departments.

Responsibilities

• Under direct supervision of Project Manager.
• Perform masonry tasks including building forms and pouring concrete pads for equipment placement, structural shelter foundations, and tower foundations.
• Clean and neat conduit placement.
• Able to work independently making sound decisions on behalf of the company.
• Oversee, assist, and provide technical training and review for all work; stay current on codes and best practices.
• Directly oversees Construction Journeyman, Construction Apprentice, & sub-contractors; plan, assign and direct work.
• Maintain onsite relationship with customer.
• Communicate needs, problems and questions to project management daily.
• Willing to travel within CA region up to 5 days a week.
• Work on site while managing crew as a whole.
