Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years in project coordination or similar environment preferred.
• Telecom/carrier experience preferred but not required; learning capability acceptable.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail.
• Intermediate+ proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Comfort using multiple web portals, CRM, and ticketing systems.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts; able to manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver multiple circuit and wireless service deployments.
• Own day-to-day milestone tracking from order submission to turn-up and closeout.
• Monitor carrier portals and platforms for status changes and required actions.
• Maintain updates in project management, CRM, ticketing, and circuit tracking systems.
• Coordinate with multiple carrier partners to move orders forward and confirm requirements.
• Track dates, dependencies, aging orders, and customer commitments; escalate risks.
