Qualifications

• 8+ years prior experience in commercial communications industry.
• High School diploma or GED is required.
• BICSI Technician
• Possesses a valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record.
• Successfully pass a background check and drug test.
• Have reliable transportation to and from the jobsite.
• Ability to obtain a US Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Knowledge and safe use of hand tools and power tools.
• Wearing required PPE and following safety policies.
• Lead small to large crews, manage projects at multiple sites.
• Coordinate with senior management to resolve issues and adjust work plans.
• Interpret plans/specifications and ensure accurate installation of telecom systems.
• Train and supervise technicians/apprentices to meet quality standards.
• Maintain clean work areas and ensure tool accountability.
