Job summary

NextGen | GTA: A Kelly Telecom Company is seeking a Carrier Relations Analyst to turn telecom billing data into measurable savings. You will review invoices, validate contracts, and resolve disputes while challenging vendors when needed. Strong Excel skills and attention to detail are essential for cost analysis and recovery efforts.

You will manage vendor disputes, track credits and SLA performance, and provide financial support for cost optimization initiatives across the network.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of telecom billing or related experience is required.
• Experience with vendors, invoices, contracts, and dispute resolution.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly review and auditing of carrier invoices.
• Reconcile invoices against contracts and inventories to identify overcharges.
• Investigate billing discrepancies and track disputes to resolution.
• Prepare documentation for disputes and credits, and monitor recovery metrics.
