Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage high-volume workload with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Organize, post, and reconcile invoices using production data.
• Evaluate labor estimates and process change orders across jobs.
• Attach supporting documents (maps, receipts, backups) to invoices.
• Submit invoices to client portals and follow up on payments.
• Resolve rejected invoices and communicate with client reps.
• Maintain invoice tracker and coordinate hand-offs to managers.
• Process monthly and quarterly retainer and warehousing invoices.
