Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Authorization to work in the United States for Star Construction, LLC.
• High school diploma or GED; CDL A license is required.
• 2–4 years telecom equipment experience, including crew leadership.
• OSHA 10 or 30 training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams performing anchor installation on telecom jobs.
• Interpret project plans and supervise site execution, including adherence to project timelines.
• Ensure safety standards are followed by all crew members.
• Coordinate anchor equipment and truck operation.
• Provide onsite training and guidance to new operators.
• Inspect completed work for quality and compliance.
• Document job completion and submit reports.
