Job summary

Star Construction, LLC is seeking a Foreman Telecom Pole Anchors Operator to lead anchor-setting crews on field telecom projects. You will oversee equipment operations, interpret project plans, and enforce safety standards to meet timelines and specifications.

Qualifications include a HS diploma or GED, CDL A, 2–4 years telecom crew leadership, and OSHA training. This role is hourly and based in Alabama with weekly pay and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of telecom equipment experience, including crew leadership.
• HS diploma or GED or equivalent.
• CDL A license and safe driving record.
• OSHA 10 or 30 training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams performing anchor installation on telecom jobs
• Interpret project plans and supervise site execution, including adherence to project timelines
• Ensure safety standards are followed by all crew members
• Coordinate anchor equipment and truck operation
• Provide onsite training and guidance to new operators
• Communicate job progress and issues with management
• Inspect completed work for quality and compliance
• Manage tools, inventory, and crew assignments
• Resolve minor technical or logistical field problems
• Document job completion and submit reports
