You’ll guide and support fellow crew members while delivering on-time, code-compliant work. This role requires 18+, US work authorization, a high school diploma or GED, a valid CDL A preferred, and the ability to travel for storm response.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related work experience.
• Ability to pass a DOT physical exam.
• Willingness to become certified or already certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee installation of fiber/telecom cables and supporting structures per codes and customer requirements.
• Safely operate bucket truck, digger derrick, and excavators.
• Maintain safe work areas and traffic flow on job sites.
• Work at heights using climbing hooks and ladders.
• Use hand and power tools (wrenches, drills, saws) safely.
• Provide guidance to crew members as needed.
• Be available to travel for storm response on short notice.
• Complete daily work orders and safety checks.
