Job summary

White Mountain Cable Construction, LLC is seeking a Telecom Aerial Foreman to oversee installation, maintenance and repair of aerial telecom systems. You will lead on-site crews, ensure safety, and comply with regulations while providing guidance and support.

The role requires 18+, US work authorization, a high school diploma or GED, a valid driverm license, and at least 3 years in related work. CDL-A is preferred and DOT medical clearance is needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company.
• High School Diploma, GED equivalent, or relevant work experience.
• Valid state drivers license with acceptable driving record.
• DOT physical exam and medical card.
• At least 3 years of related work experience.
• Pole climber certification or willingness to become certified.
• CDL Class A driver license is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee installation, maintenance and repair of aerial telecom systems per codes and customer requirements.
• Safely operate equipment such as bucket truck, digger derrick, and excavators.
• Ensure work areas are safe and traffic flows smoothly on site.
• Work at heights using climbing hooks and ladders, using hand and power tools as needed.
• Provide guidance to crew and be available for storm response on short notice.
• Document productivity and safety compliance through daily work orders and crew checks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
