Texstar Enterprises, LLC is seeking a Telecom Aerial Foreman to oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of aerial telecom systems. You will act as the on-site expert, ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance while guiding less experienced team members.

This role involves leading crews, documenting daily work orders, and being ready to travel for storm response on short notice. Texstar emphasizes hands-on training, a safety-first culture, and competitive benefits to support

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of related telecom field experience.
• Certified pole climber or willing to become certified.
• DOT medical clearance (valid card) required.
• CDL Class A preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee installation of fiber/telecom cables and structures per codes and customer specs.
• Maintain safe work areas and ensure smooth traffic flow on site.
• Safely work at heights using climbing hooks and ladders.
• Safely use hand and power tools (wrenches, drills, saws).
• Provide guidance and support to crew members as needed.
• Be ready to travel for storm response on short notice.
• Complete daily work orders and crew checks documenting productivity and safety compliance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
