Texstar Enterprises, LLC is seeking a Telecom Aerial Foreman to lead on-site installation, maintenance, and repair of aerial telecom systems, ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. You will guide less experienced crew members and serve as the on-site expert.

The role involves climbing, using hand and power tools, and coordinating field operations with readiness to travel for storm response. A minimum of 3 years in related work, US work authorization, and a DOT medical card are

Qualificações

• Minimum 3 years of related work experience.
• Must be able to pass a DOT physical and carry a valid medical card.
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company.
• Willingness to become certified as a pole climber.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure successful installation of fiber/telecom cables, materials, or support structures according to codes and customer requirements.
• Ensure work areas are safe and traffic flows smoothly while on the job
• Safely work at heights using climbing hooks and ladders
• Safely use hand tools and power tools like wrenches, drills, and saws
• Provide guidance and support to others as needed
• Be ready to travel for storm response on short notice
• Complete daily work orders and crew checks to document productivity and safety compliance
• Other duties as assigned
