Pauley Construction, LLC is seeking a Foreman Telecom Aerial to supervise construction crews and ensure safety, quality, and productivity across telecom and utility tasks in the Prescott Valley area. The role involves coordinating with customers, city inspectors, and internal teams to manage trenching, aerial, drilling, or conduit operations, and to lead pre-construction meetings.

The ideal candidate will have leadership experience, CDL and valid license, and the ability to manage safety,

Qualifications

• Minimum, 2 years of work-related experience pertaining to utility construction, telecommunications or laborer related work.
• Proven leadership experience to direct workflow and produce high quality results.
• Any combination of education and/or experience that demonstrates ability to perform the designated job duties.

Responsibilities

• Shoveling, digging, handling and operating construction equipment.
• Excavation operations including operating equipment and transportation of equipment if needed.
• General oversight over work direction within a crew or a group of sub-contractors.
• Assisting in securing site; employees and safety.
• General maintenance.
• General utility installation/repair.
• Assists with as-builds and ensures attention to detail and high quality work.
• May assist supervisor in administrative tasks relating to hiring and interviewing employees.
• Other duties as assigned.
