Sancrest Llc is seeking a Foreman Telecom Aerial to lead field crews responsible for building and maintaining aerial broadband and fiber infrastructure in Ohio. You will manage daily activities, ensure quality workmanship, and enforce safety standards on poles, strand, and cable.

You will mentor crews, coordinate with project managers and customers, read plans, and operate or direct the use of bucket trucks and equipment while delivering projects on time and within spec.

Qualifications

• Hands-on aerial telecom/fiber construction experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills for directing crews.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and site compliance requirements.
• Competence operating aerial equipment (bucket truck) or directing crew use.
• Ability to interpret plans and ensure high-quality installation.
