The successful candidate will have 5–7 years in construction, knowledge of telecom/building practices, and the ability to coordinate multiple crews while maintaining safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction: 5-7 years.
• Ability to communicate with teammates and customers.
• Competent Person Training in Trenching and Excavation.
• Competent Person Training in Confined Spaces.
• Valid Driver's License; Class A CDL desired.
• Familiar with construction drawings and blueprints.
• Good knowledge of aerial telecom, CATV or power.
• Experience leading small to medium projects.
• Able to coordinate one to three small crews.
• Coordinate subs and manage materials.
• Basic computer and smartphone skills (Word processing, Excel, email).

We are looking to hire a Telecom Supervisor(Underground Construction) for our Indianapolis, IN operations. The Telecom Supervisor(Underground Construction) is a demanding and critical role within the operation to manage new business projects within our Broadband division. The purpose of a TelecomSupervisor at Team Fishel is to sell projects, communicate with customers and Teammates, set directionfor the work and remove roadblocks so the Teammates will be successful, the customer will be delighted, and the project profitable.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Familiar with construction drawings and blueprints.
• Familiar with construction equipment.

Team Fishelwill provide on-the-job training in all areas of safety, including flagging certification, tool operation and maintenance.

Bilingual and prior construction experience is a plus.
