Hewlett Packard Enterprise invites an experienced Telco Principal Technologist to lead strategic engagements with global telco customers and drive technology initiatives. You will partner with R&D to shape product direction and articulate differentiation in the Telco market.

In this role you will mentor teams, influence roadmaps, and lead cross‑functional collaborations to accelerate time‑to‑market and deliver value for customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 15+ years in the Telecom industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; English and local language.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic engagements with global telco customers.
• Establish technology differentials and position the HPE roadmap.
• Drive geo-specific technology initiatives and guide roadmap teams.
• Mentor staff and share knowledge across the organization.
• Collaborate in cross-functional forums to drive innovation.
