Job summary

Haemonetics Software Solutions seeks a Field Clinical Advisor to drive utilization and expansion of the TEG product line at existing customer sites. The role requires residence in the Los Angeles, CA area and entails daily travel with 5% overnight travel, functioning in a remote field sales capacity.

You will train clinicians, support ongoing account management, and ensure customers operate TEG equipment and software to maximize outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science or related field; 3+ years in industry or clinically related experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage territory for existing TEG customers
• Increase product usage and drive revenue growth through clinical education
• Train customers on product and clinical aspects of TEG
• Provide onsite support for new customers during go-live
• Collaborate with Account Manager to target key accounts and forecast revenue
• Visit hospital accounts and build relationships with key decision makers
• Support across disciplines (lab, critical care, OR) and provide clinical expertise
