Job summary

Haemonetics is seeking a TEG product line Clinical Advisor to drive utilization and expansion at existing customer sites within a defined territory. The role requires residence in the Los Angeles, CA area and entails field clinical/sales duties with daily travel and 5% overnight travel.

You will train customers, provide clinical education, and support CRM-based activities to ensure adoption of TEG across hospital accounts, labs, and critical care settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 3+ years in industry or clinically related experience.
• Knowledge of hemostasis management.
• Strong technical/clinical aptitude to train customers and interpret results.

Responsibilities

• Territory management for existing TEG accounts.
• Increase product usage and expand customer base via clinical education.
• Train customers on product and clinical aspects of TEG.
• Provide CRM-based account activity and case support.
• Support installation, validation, and training across all shifts.
• Collaborate with Account Manager for expansion and revenue planning.
• Visit hospital accounts and establish relationships with decision makers.
• Deliver on-site support for new go-live and ongoing cases.
