Sugarloaf Mountain Corporation seeks a Teen Peer Ski Instructor (ages 14–17) for Brighton, UT. This seasonal part-time role supports lead instructors in ski/snowboard lessons for children 4–12, with weekend work and some holidays.

Typical start around 8:45 AM, wage $13.50 per hour, uniform required, no ear buds or phone use while on duty. Responsibilities include assisting lessons, supervising children on lifts, and ensuring a safe, fun experience.

Qualifications

• Be available for mandatory paid training on Nov 2.
• Able to ski or snowboard at an intermediate level.
• Ability to follow directions and safety protocols.
• Love working with children.
• Happy and friendly presence.
• Ability to interact, talk and engage with kids ages 4-6.
• Reliable transportation to and from Brighton, even on snowy days.

Responsibilities

• Assist with children's ski and snowboard lessons.
• Ride with children ages 4-6 on chairlifts.
• Help with other needs of the ski school.
• Ensure kids have a fun and safe experience on snow.
• Arrive at Brighton by 8:45 AM on scheduled workdays.
