Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Atlanta is seeking a dedicated individual to plan, promote, and evaluate teen programs under the supervision of the Program Director. The role focuses on creating engaging youth activities, ensuring safety, and upholding organizational values.

You will orient new members, supervise volunteers, and help maintain facilities and supplies while participating in BGCA leadership courses. Evening shifts and weekend coverage may be required to support program events.

Qualifications

• Experience working with teens and knowledge of youth development.
• Formal training or experience in programming for teen interest and participation.
• Ability to motivate youth and manage behavior.
• Valid State Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Plan, promote, implement, and evaluate teen programs.
• Monitor programs for safety and quality.
• Orient new members to programs and rules.
• Supervise volunteers and program staff.
• Maintain supply needs and inventory.
• Ensure facilities are clean and well maintained.
