Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Houston in Richmond, TX is seeking an Entry-level Manager to direct Teen Services operations across clubs and headquarters, supervise staff, manage facilities, and coordinate community relations and member services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university preferred or a combination of education and experience
• Knowledge of nonprofit organizations and Boys & Girls Clubs mission
• Ability to supervise staff and manage programs and budgets
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to partner with community groups

Responsibilities

• Directs and manages overall daily operations of Teen Services across headquarters and club sites.
• Establish unit programs and services that support Youth Development Outcomes.
• Oversee teen programs and national youth initiatives.
• Coordinate training and supervise Teen staff and volunteers.
• Manage grants reporting and program budgets.
• Develop partnerships with parents, schools and community groups.
• Public relations and website calendar management.
