Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum two years of experience in teen or youth programming.

• Must obtain certifications within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily teen center operations and teen programming.
• Develop and rotate clubs guided by teen input.
• Lead Y Achievers, Leaders Club, and Youth & Government initiatives.
• Hire, train, supervise part-time staff and volunteers.
• Build partnerships with schools, employers, and nonprofits.
• Coordinate fundraising activities and volunteer service opportunities.
