Job summary

The Redpoint Center in Boulder, CO seeks a dedicated therapist (LAC, LPC, CAS, LPCC, LCSW) to join our adult outpatient program. Provide individual, family, and group therapy to adults dealing with mental health and substance use issues, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure effective treatment planning and progress tracking.

This full-time, on-site position requires 18–21 client-facing hours per week, with morning and evening group sessions, and adherence to ethical guidelines

Qualifications

• Must hold a Master’s degree in a mental health field and active Colorado licensure.
• Experience with adults in outpatient clinical settings is required.
• Preferred CAS or LAC certification for addiction treatment.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based modalities.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on assessments and goals.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions aligned with program curriculum and clinical best practices.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in EMR.
• Collaborate with families, psychiatrists, case managers, and external providers.
• Participate in weekly clinical team meetings to review cases and coordinate care.
• Ensure weekly individual therapy for all clients; family therapy when appropriate.
• Identify collateral services needs and coordinate referrals.
• Support discharge planning and program development with clinical input.

This role involves providing individual, family, and group therapy to adults struggling with mental health and substance use concerns. The ideal candidate has experience working with adults in a clinical setting, utilizes evidence-based treatment approaches, and is committed to fostering a safe and supportive therapeutic environment. This position requires 18 to 21 client-facing hours per week and active collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to ensure effective treatment planning, progress monitoring, and coordination with external providers.
