The YMCA of Pierce and Kitsap Counties is seeking a Teen Program Coordinator for Pearl Street Family YMCA in Tacoma to support youth programs, plan Late Nite events, and mentor staff. You will help create welcoming spaces where teens connect, grow, and thrive.
This part-time role (up to 25 hours per week) offers meaningful work with teens, collaboration with the Youth & Teen Program Director, and opportunities for professional growth within a values-driven community.
Wage: $20 .06 to $20.74 per hour (Compensation is determined based on relevant experience, skills, and qualifications, with most new hires starting between the minimum and midpoint of the posted wage range)
