Job summary

Transitions Counseling and Consulting seeks a licensed mental health therapist to provide group and individual therapy for adolescents and adults in Tucson. The role emphasizes after-school/evening group sessions and in-person work at the office.

Requirements include AZ licensure (LAC/LMSW/LAMFT/LPC/LCSW/LMFT), fingerprint clearance, and CPR/First Aid certification. Competitive salary, bonuses, and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed in Arizona as an LAC, LMSW, LAMFT, LPC, LCSW, or LMFT.
• Provide current level one fingerprint clearance card issued by the Arizona Department of Public Safety and renew as applicable.
• Continuously maintain active CPR and first aid certification.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
• Provide group and individual therapy to teens and adults using evidence-based practices.
• Collaborate with other professionals to ensure the best outcomes for clients.
• Mentor advanced graduate interns.
• Lead group therapy 2-3 days a week (after school and early evening hours).
• Attend in-person at the designated office location as scheduled.
