Entune Behavioral Health is seeking a licensed child and adolescent therapist to join our Tucson, AZ practice in full-time or part-time roles. The position requires an active AZ license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LAC or LMSW), a master’s degree in counseling or social work, and specialization in child/adolescent therapy and play therapy.

Qualifications

• Licensed clinician (required) (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LAC, LMSW)
• Evening and weekend availability (preferred)
• Specializing in Child & Adolescent Therapy
• Specializing in Play Therapy techniques
• Active License in the state of Arizona (required)
• Current CPR, AED, First Aid certifications (preferred)
• Current DPS Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card (required)
• Knowledge of integrated healthcare delivery models

Responsibilities

• Complete initial and ongoing assessments of clients assigned to your panel
• Provide individual, group, couples, and family counseling
• Maintain client-related paperwork (dx, assessments, progress notes, and other required forms)
• Evaluate physical and/or mental conditions with the treatment team
• Refer members to community resources and internal services as needed
• Engage in population health and maintain HIPAA confidentiality
• Assess risk of harm to self and others and provide evidence-based measures
• Sign off on assessments, service plans, and other BHP requirements for associate staff
