Qualifications

• Licensed in Arizona as LAC/LMSW/LAMFT/LPC/LCSW/LMFT.
• Maintain current CPR and First Aid certifications.
• Fingerprint clearance card issued by Arizona DPS.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
• Provide group and individual therapy to teens and adults using evidence-based practices.
• Mentor advanced graduate interns and supervise team members.
