Job summary

Transitions Counseling and Consulting, Arizona, seeks a licensed mental health therapist to provide group and individual therapy for adolescents and adults, with emphasis on adolescent group therapy at our office.

This salaried role offers $65,000–$80,000 annually, plus an $8,000–$10,000+ annual bonus, 180+ hours of PTO in year one, comprehensive health, dental, vision, a 401(k), and an HSA.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed in Arizona as LAC/LMSW/LAMFT/LPC/LCSW/LMFT.
• Fingerprint clearance card from Arizona DPS.
• CPR & First Aid certification maintained.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
• Provide group and individual therapy using evidence-based practices.
• Collaborate with other professionals to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Mentor advanced graduate interns.
• Lead our PHP group therapy program.
• Attend in-person at the designated office location as scheduled.
