Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum 2 years’ work experience in youth development.
• Must be at least 23 years old (BGCA requirements).
• Ability to multitask and adapt to Club’s changing needs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily teen programming at the assigned branch.
• Recruit, train and supervise staff and volunteers.
• Oversee program development, delivery and assessment with the Branch Director.
• Coordinate purchases within the branch budget and ensure safety standards.
• Promote positive guidance and relationship-building with teens and families.
