BOYS & GIRLS CLUBS OF SCOTTSDALE INC is seeking a part-time After School Activities Leader to facilitate engaging youth programming at the Copper Ridge Branch in Scottsdale, AZ. The successful candidate will create a safe and supportive environment for youth in grades K–8, focusing on building authentic relationships and delivering structured programming aligned with the organization's mission.

Responsibilities include planning activities, ensuring safety, and maintaining open communication with youth and staff. Ideal applicants will have experience working with youth and demonstrate a commitment to positive development and inclusivity.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience working with youth in a community or educational setting.
• Experience facilitating structured activities preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification required within first 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Plan and facilitate structured activities for youth.
• Build authentic relationships with youth based on trust.
• Maintain supervision of youth, ensuring safety at all times.
