Job summary

The Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Scottsdale is seeking a Teen Development Specialist at the Steve & Maria Sanghi Branch in Scottsdale, AZ. You will lead daily teen programming, build relationships with members, and supervise staff and volunteers.

Reporting to the Branch Director, you will oversee Keystone Club and Youth of the Year initiatives, manage program delivery, and ensure safety and positive guidance. A Bachelor's degree and 2 years in youth development are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a related field.
• Minimum 2 years’ work experience in youth development.
• Must be at least 23 years old (BGCA requirements for Keystone Club Advisor).
• Ability to multitask and adapt to Club’s changing needs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily teen programming and build relationships with members.
• Supervise staff and volunteers and oversee program development.
• Oversee Keystone Club operations including elections and fundraising.
• Ensure safety, positive guidance, and adherence to policies.
