Taste Buds Kitchen – Parkville in the Kansas City area is seeking a Culinary Cooking Class Instructor to host diverse classes for kids, families, and adults. We are an events-based business and hours may fluctuate based on scheduling.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience entertaining kids and/or adults.
• Excellent communication skills, especially with children.
• Proficient in a range of cooking and baking techniques.
• Confident speaking in front of groups with an amplified voice.
• CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Instruct cooking classes, camps, and parties for ages 2-99.
• Engage and teach guests various cooking and baking skills related to the class menu.
• Create a friendly, energetic, and consistent experience for our guests.
• Interact with all guests to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Work solo or manage and supervise a team of culinary assistants for larger events.
• Set up before class and clean up after.
• Maintain a controlled, clean environment, providing first aid/CPR treatment if needed.
