Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of the Bay & Lakes Region in Sturgeon Bay is looking for a Youth Development Program Coordinator (Teens) to lead and inspire youth-focused programs. This role involves designing engaging activities that promote learning and personal growth in teens aged 6th to 12th grade.

The ideal candidate will create a safe, inclusive environment and partner with local organizations to further enhance opportunities for youth development. A commitment to diversity and inclusion is essential, and this position offers a full-time schedule with competitive pay of $16.00/hour.

We’re looking for a dynamic, youth-focused leader to join our team and create life-changing experiences for 6th–12th grade students. As the Youth Development Program Coordinator (Teens), you’ll lead innovative, engaging programs that combine education, arts, tech, wellness, and youth development. You'll create a safe, inclusive, and inspiring space for teens to explore who they are and who they want to become.

Additional Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Proven ability to engage and support teens.
  • Experience with youth programming or group facilitation.
  • Able to work flexible hours based on program needs.
Bonus Points
  • Degree in human services or related field.
  • Experience in a nonprofit, school, or community youth setting.
  • Passion for arts, STEM, wellness, or leadership development.
  • Bilingual or multicultural experience.
Schedule

Full-Time (32-35 hours per week) – School Year: Mondays – Thursdays – 1:30-8:00pm and Fridays- 1:30-6:00pm. Summer and on non-school days: 9:00am-5:30pm.

Pay

$16.00/hour and up, based on experience for the position. Earn additional pay within the first year upon completion of our Youth Development Professional training series.
