Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of the Fox Valley seeks an enthusiastic Teen Center Coordinator to plan and implement teen-centered programs using national and local curricula, including Wisconsin After 3. This role supports grant-funded activities and ensures a safe, engaging club experience for teens aged 12–18.

You will collaborate with staff across departments, track program data, and contribute to fundraising, partnerships, and continuous improvement efforts to serve youth and the community effectively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree in Education, Youth-Development, or related field is required.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience with teens/youth programs.
• Proven ability to recruit and retain teens and young adults.

Responsibilities

• Plan, disseminate, and implement teen-focused programs using established curricula.
• Track and compile program data as required by the organization.
• Participate in community outreach and member recruitment efforts.
• Coordinate transportation or safety-related activities as needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align goals and foster teamwork.
