Job summary

QED Systems, LLC in Huntsville, AL seeks a Technology and Explosive Device Analytical Center (TEDAC) Liaison Officer to support HQDA G-3/5/7 contract. You will liaison with TEDAC/C3, support exploitation and reporting across TECHINT components, and advise leadership on forensic and policy concerns.

The role requires a Top Secret with SCI eligibility, a bachelor’s degree, and 10+ years in Army EOD. Telework is limited; on-site collaboration with government and contractor teams is expected.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must complete the US Army Cyber Security Fundamentals course.
• Proficient with MS Office: Outlook, Word, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel.
• Able to apply analytical methodologies to raw data and present clear recommendations.
• Experience with Army policy writing and EOD program knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide liaison support to TEDAC and C3 as HQDA liaison for EOD.
• Assist in exploitation processes and dissemination of reports across TECHINT components.
• Advise leadership on programmatic and policy support for forensics and exploitation.
• Develop doctrine and training programs for prioritization and exploitation of improvised components.
• Serve as entry point for Army to collaborate with C3 partners.
• Manage taskings and staffing in ETMS2 across NIPRNet/SIPRNet.
• Draft EXSUMs and coordinate meeting outputs within 24 hours.
• Coordinate with Army EOD policies and documentation.
