Job summary

CIS Secure seeks experienced Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) Technical Intelligence Analysts to support Government programs focused on Weapons Technical Intelligence (WTI) and counter-UAS/COTS technologies. The role involves analyzing CEM, IEDs, and emerging threats, producing technical reports, and presenting findings to stakeholders.

Ideal candidates have military EOD training, WTI/TECHINT experience, TS/SCI clearance, and can work onsite at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD with up to 100% travel

Qualifications

  • Active TS/SCI clearance required at application
  • Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of relevant experience; or Associate degree with 9+ years of experience
  • Completion of formal Military EOD training required
  • Experience conducting Weapons Technical Intelligence analysis
  • Experience analyzing CEM, IEDs, UxS, and COTS tech
  • Experience interpreting radiographic imagery and EOD imaging systems
  • Strong analytical, writing, and presentation skills

Responsibilities

  • Conduct WTI analysis of CEM using photographs, radiographic imagery, and other exploitation methods
  • Analyze IEDs, UxS, and emerging threats to identify technical characteristics and build signatures
  • Produce technical intelligence reports and exploitation products for Government partners
  • Assess battlefield recoveries and COTS tech for technical exploitation
  • Research classified/unclassified info to support intelligence production
  • Develop threat assessments and executive briefings for planning and protection
  • Present findings to Government stakeholders and technical communities
  • Support analytical processes and documentation; travel as required

\u003cp\u003eCIS Secure is seeking experienced Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) Technical Intelligence Analysts to support mission-critical Government programs focused on Weapons Technical Intelligence (WTI), technical exploitation, and the analysis of improvised threats and emerging technologies. This position supports the collection, examination, exploitation, and dissemination of actionable technical intelligence that enables Government mission partners to identify, assess, and counter evolving explosive and unmanned system threats.\u003c/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThe successful candidates will collaborate with intelligence professionals, engineers, and technical subject matter experts to analyze collected exploitable material (CEM), evaluate adversary tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs), and produce technical intelligence products supporting operational planning, force protection, research and development, and technology exploitation efforts.\u003c/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThis opportunity is ideal for experienced Military Explosive Ordnance Disposal professionals with expertise in Weapons Technical Intelligence (WTI), TECHINT, Counter-IED, or Counter-UAS operations who enjoy solving complex technical problems in support of national security missions.\u003c/p\u003e
Responsibilities

  • Conduct Weapons Technical Intelligence (WTI) analysis of collected exploitable material (CEM) using photographs, radiographic imagery, physical inspection, intelligence reporting, and other technical exploitation methodologies.\u003c/li\u003e
  • Analyze improvised explosive devices (IEDs), unmanned systems (UxS), commercial technologies, and other emerging threats to identify technical characteristics, build signatures, and adversary tactics, techniques, and procedures.\u003c/li\u003e
  • Produce technical intelligence reports and exploitation products supporting Government mission partners.\u003c/li\u003e
  • Conduct technical assessments of battlefield recoveries and Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) technologies.\u003c/li\u003e
  • Research classified and unclassified information to support technical exploitation and intelligence production.\u003c/li\u003e
  • Develop threat assessments, executive briefings, and analytical products supporting operational planning and force protection.\u003c/li\u003e
  • Present technical findings to Government stakeholders, intelligence professionals, and technical communities.\u003c/li\u003e
  • Assist in developing and maintaining analytical processes, reporting standards, and technical documentation.\u003c/li\u003e
  • Support deployed exploitation activities and travel as required to meet mission requirements.\u003c/li\u003e
  • Perform assigned duties independently while collaborating with multidisciplinary technical and intelligence teams.\u003c/li\u003e\u003c/ul\u003e\u003cp\u003eOPERATING HOURS AND EXPECTATIONS:\u003c/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThis is a full-time onsite position supporting operations at Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland. The selected candidate must be capable of independently supporting mission requirements while collaborating across multiple organizations in highly classified environments.\u003c/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eTRAVEL:\u003c/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eUp to 100% travel may be required in support of operational missions, technical exploitation activities, customer requirements, training events, and deployed mission support.
