• Strong knowledge of electrical, refrigeration, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in the field.
• Professional, customer-focused attitude with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Install residential and commercial HVAC systems, including split systems, package units, and ductwork.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance on HVAC systems.
• Ensure all work meets local codes, safety standards, and manufacturer specifications.
• Communicate clearly with customers regarding system issues, repairs, and recommendations.
• Maintain service vehicles, tools, and equipment in proper working order.
• Complete service reports and job documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
