Qualifications

• EPA 608 certification for refrigerant handling is required.
• Florida HVAC Contractor license is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of AC systems and electrical components.
• Ability to work independently and manage field time effectively.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair residential and/or commercial HVAC systems.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and refrigerant issues using industry tools.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance on AC units, coils, filters, and ducts.
• Ensure all work meets local codes, safety standards, and specs.
• Communicate clearly with customers about issues and recommendations.
• Complete service docs, work orders, and maintenance logs accurately.
• Respond to service calls in a timely and professional manner.
