Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential HVAC sales and service with diagnostic and repair experience.

• Valid driver’s license with clean MVR.
• EPA certification preferred but not required; company assists with certification.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and service residential HVAC systems across brands and types.
• Conduct thorough diagnostics and document findings in Service Titan.
• Provide homeowners with clear options and deliver top-tier service.
• Handle heat pumps, air handlers, compressors, and ductless units.
• Run refrigerant and airflow tests, locate leaks, swap motors, and install controls.
• Maintain truck, tools, and inventory; participate in on-call rotation.
• Attend meetings, training, and safety sessions.

Location: Boca Raton, FL Full-Time | Flexible Schedule + On-Call Rotation Division: Residential HVAC Service & Repair

Southern Coast Services is looking for an HVAC Sales/Service Technician who takes pride in solving problems, delivering clean work, and making customers feel confident in their comfort systems. We’re growing fast in South Florida - and we need skilled, driven pros to keep up with demand.

What You’ll Do:

• Diagnose, repair, and service residential HVAC systems (all brands and system types).
• Perform clean, thorough diagnostics and document everything in Service Titan.
• Provide homeowners with clear, honest options - and deliver top-tier service on every call.
• Handle heat pumps, air handlers, compressors, condensers, ductless units, and more.
• Run refrigerant and airflow tests, locate leaks, swap motors, and install control systems.
• Maintain your truck, tools, and inventory - organized and ready to roll.
• Join the on-call rotation to support after-hours service needs.
• Participate in company meetings, technical training, and safety sessions.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of residential HVAC sales and service, diagnose and repair experience.
• Excellent diagnostic and communication skills.
• Comfortable using Service Titan mobile dispatch software.
• Valid driver’s license + clean MVR (Required).
• Clean, professional appearance with a customer-first mindset.
• EPA certification preferred (but not required - we’ll help you get it).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in attics when needed.
