The Lighting Squad of Nashville is seeking a Lead Lighting Technician to install lighting systems, manage schedules, and oversee daily field operations for residential and commercial projects. You will lead a small crew, ensure safety and quality, coordinate with customers, and troubleshoot on-site challenges while delivering reliable service.

Qualifications
