Job summary

Facility Solutions Group busca un Técnico de Iluminación para instalar y reparar productos de iluminación en las instalaciones de clientes, manteniendo altos estándares de calidad y servicio al cliente. Se valorará experiencia en retrofit y capacidad para trabajar con diversas herramientas y equipos.

El candidato ideal posee experiencia en iluminación y electricidad, licencia vigente y disposición para viajar; se ofrece un bono de contratación por traer un equipo completo y un entorno de trabajo

Qualifications

• High School Diploma o GED requerido.
• 2–4 años de experiencia en iluminación y electricidad.
• Se valora NRLT (Non-residential Lighting Technician).
• Experiencia en iluminación y retrofit deseable.
• Licencia de conducir válida.
• Disposición para viajar.
• Ser confiable.
• Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita.

Responsibilities

• Instalar luminarias, lámparas, balastos, controles u otros componentes de sistemas de iluminación.
• Trabajar de forma segura para no dañar instalaciones del cliente.
• Trabajar desde escaleras, andamios o techos para instalación y reparación eléctrica.
• Cumplir normativas gubernamentales y de seguridad aplicables.

Calificaciones

• At least 2-4 years of lighting and electrical experience.
• Preferably, candidates with an NRLT designation (Non-residential Lighting Technician)
• Lighting and retrofit experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license
• Willingness to travel

• Positive customer service skills

Responsabilidades

• As a Lighting Technician, you will be responsible for installing lighting products safely and neatly in customer's facilities. The ideal candidate will possess a high level of professional customer service and have a vast knowledge of lighting retrofit strategies. Additionally, there is a hiring bonus for bringing a complete crew.
• Responsibilities:
• Install lighting fixtures, lamps, ballasts, controls, or other items associated with lighting systems.
• Work in a safe manner so as not to damage or disturb customer's facilities.
• Work from ladders, scaffolds, or roofs to install, maintain, or repair electrical wiring, equipment, or fixtures. Perform physically demanding tasks while conveying knowledge of basic/specialized tools and equipment throughout the service job/work order process.
• Must understand and conform to Government/Local regulations and ordinances as well as any/all required Safety Guidelines.
