What You’ll Do

• Install permanent LED lighting systems on homes and commercial buildings
• Route and secure low-voltage cabling, mount aluminum tracks, seal and weatherproof connections
• Climb ladders (up to 30 ft) and work on roofs—safely and confidently
• Keep job sites organized and customer-ready
• Guide customers through the lighting system and mobile app after install

Choose Your Path

Technician I – Growth Track

• No experience required—just mechanical aptitude and a great attitude
• Paid hands-on training to build core installation skills
• Structured path to advance into Technician II and Crew Lead roles

Technician II – Expert Track

• Must have experience in low-voltage lighting, exterior install trades, or similar (gutters, solar, or similar)
• Able to lead or co-lead installs with minimal supervision
• Opportunity to mentor Technician I's and move into leadership
