Job summary

Brakebush Brothers in Mocksville, NC is hiring an Industrial Sanitation Worker – Base Level for the night shift from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m., Sunday through Thursday, with overtime and weekends potential.

You will sanitize plant processing equipment, disassemble and assemble for cleaning, operate high‑pressure hoses and chemicals, and work with the sanitation team to keep the plant ready for production. Must complete safety training such as Lock Out/Tag Out, Powered Industrial Trucks, Fall

Qualifications

• Must complete and maintain required safety training such as Lock Out/Tag Out, Powered Industrial Trucks, Fall Protection, Hazard Communication, and Chemical Safety Training.
• Frequently bend, lift, climb, twist, kneel, push and pull for up to 8 hours a day.
• Food manufacturing sanitation experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble and assemble equipment as necessary for sanitizing process.
• Clean equipment and overhead areas using a variety of tools and equipment, including high‑pressure hoses, chemicals, scrubbers, etc.
• Collaborate with other sanitation employees to learn other departments and fill in as needed.
• Follow all pre‑operation startup guidelines and work closely with leads, supervisors, and quality assurance team to release plant on time.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
