Job summary

Brakebush Brothers, Inc. is seeking a sanitation worker to disassemble, clean, and reassemble plant food processing equipment using high- and low-pressure water, corrosive cleaners, and other sanitation tools.

The job requires standing, bending, lifting, climbing, and twisting for long shifts, with a night schedule 10:00pm to 6:00am, overtime as needed, and strict adherence to sanitation and safety training.

Qualifications

• Very mobile individual, able to stand, walk, climb bend, kneel for up to 8 hours per day.
• Must meet Sanitation Physical Abilities Evaluation Requirements.
• Must successfully complete all required training including pallet jack and scissors lift.
• Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test and background check is required.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble food-processing equipment, as necessary.
• Clean equipment and overhead areas, using a variety of equipment, including high-pressure hot water hoses, chemicals, foamers, sanitizers scrubbing equipment, etc.
• Reassemble equipment and prepare for next-day food production.
• Frequently bend, lift and twist throughout the work shift.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

WAGE: $22.75per hour

JOB SUMMARY:

Disassemble,cleanand assemble all plant food processing equipment by usinghigh- and low-pressurehot water, corrosivechemicalsand other cleaning equipment.

Clean equipment and overhead areas, using a variety of equipment, including high-pressure hot water hoses, chemicals,foamers, sanitizers scrubbing equipment, etc.

Reassemble equipment and prepare fornextdayfood production.

Frequently bend, lift, climb and twist throughout the work shift.

• Must be comfortable using ladders and comfortable with heights.
• Must be able to work overtime as necessary.

Perform other duties as assigned.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

High noiseexposure, temperaturevariations from warm to cooltoextremely cold. Lifting isrequired, slipperyfloors, working at heights, corrosive chemicals, heavy/slippery equipment, sharpobjectsand wet environment. Must wearappropriate PPEand other equipment as necessary or required.

QUALIFICATIONS:
