Job summary

Brakebush Brothers, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform preventative maintenance and troubleshoot plant equipment at our facility in Mocksville, NC.

Candidates should have at least one year of maintenance experience in manufacturing, with knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electronic, PLC, and HVAC systems,

Qualifications

• Minimum one year experience in a maintenance role within a manufacturing facility preferred.
• Experience with electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electronic, PLC and/or HVAC equipment preferred.
• Must complete and maintain required safety trainings (Lock Out/Tag Out, Powered Industrial Truck, HazCom).

Responsibilities

• Safely perform routine preventative maintenance on facility equipment using basic hand tools.
• Effectively troubleshoot equipment and minimize production downtime events.
• Assist with various work orders throughout facility.
• Input tasks completed in SAP and other required computer programs.
• Communicate with managers and employees within maintenance and in other departments throughout workday and respond appropriately to maintenance requests.
• Perform all other duties as assigned
